Ercon Machining and Assembly is a family owned company formed in 2010 in Bilston in the heart of the West Midlands.  We offer machining and fabrication services to industry and, along with our sister company Ercon Powder Coatings, can offer a full turnkey service in manufacturing and coating your products.

• Turning - We have 4 Emi-Mec machines that can cater up to 50mm diameter
• Welding
• Drilling
• Milling
• Powder coating

We are happy to accommodate volumes from small one-off prototype work to high volume batch work.  We can also work with a variety of materials including Mild steel, Stainless steel, Brass and Plastics.
