Meat Mincer Machines

We have a full range of Meat Mincing Machines from a 12 - 32lb capacity which are an all stainless steel construction,  Bowl type head for easy feeding, Deep pan design with Powerful 1 HP or 2 HP and are easy to clean.

Our Mincers are manufactured to quality designed to suit different production requirements that mince all kinds of meat to an even and uniform texture. Built in stainless steel, our mincers range from 170Kg per hour to 1200Kg per hour output.

All machines are designed for maximum performance. The mincer head is of a uniblock design, engineered for ease of cleaning and minimum heat generation, it has a solid one piece welded finger guard with a high clearance tolerance to facilitate pushing meat into the feeding tube without compromising operator safety.

Parkers Food Machinery Plus are one of the largest suppliers of both Internal and external Vacuum Pouches which are safe for the food industry. We have large stocks in a number of different sizes. Our bags can be purchased from 100 bags to tens of thousands at any one time.

Our bags are made using only the best PA/PE material and The laminates are in accordance with FDA and EU regulations.

Thermal Labels & Till Rolls

We have an extensive range of Thermal Labels both printed and plain in a variety of sizes and prints. Some of our typical sizes are 49x74, 60x80 and 60x100 and are all Premium Top and Bottom Premium Coated and Freezable to -60oC.

Mrs Darlingtons have been producing high quality curds, jams, chutneys and sauces for over 30 years.

It all started back in 1981 when they found themselves with a surplus of eggs from the farm. Not wishing them to go to waste, they used the eggs to make a batch of Lemon Curd, and to see if they could sell it to local shops in nearby towns.

As luck would have it they weren't the only fans and requests started to pour in from customers, asking whether they might consider selling to other home made jams, marmalades and chutneys too. So they took out mum’s recipe books and decided to give it a go.

Soon the farmhouse was just too small and in 1985 Tom converted farm buildings into a new kitchen. Ladies from the local village were drafted in to help with the making preserves and the eldest daughter Sarah also joined the team. Since then we’ve just kept growing, relocating to even bigger premises in 1992.

Today, Darlington & Daughters remains a family concern, with my youngest daughter Wendy coming on board too. Following in my footsteps, Sarah has had her own range of tasty mustards, table sauces and pickles and now Wendy has developed a delicious range of cooking sauces.
We all still have one aim; to craft delicious products with a truly home made taste.
