Where your garments will be worn. Some garments, such as chefs’ whites, clothes worn in the hospitality industry and hairdressers/beauty salons often undergo quite harsh laundering so an embroidered logo will be far more durable.

What your garments are made from/finished with. Rainproof clothing, fleeces and knitwear are not the ideal basis for screen-printing but they can be successfully branded using embroidery.
