Quality Metal Fabrications was set up with the clear intention to provide high quality sheet metal design and fabrication services, specialising in CNC Laser cutting, Punching, Bending, Welding and Powder Coating to name but a few.
The current 110,000sq ft manufacturing facility is equipped with some of the most sophisticated machinery available, with lights out Punching and Bending, Robot Welding and an automatic Powder Coating Plant.

We are able to offer product design, utilising Solid Works software, by our own inhouse design team.

CNC Precision Laser Cutting
Utilising the latest Amada VENTIS CNC Laser cutting machine, with the ability to work lights out, no job is too big or too small.
CNC Punching
Utilising 2 CNC Punch machines, we can offer lights out machining, this enables us to offer quicker lead times, even on high volume orders.
Bending
.Utilising a number of press brakes and automated folding cells, including lights out, we can offer intricate and accurate sheet metal bending.
Welding / Spot Welding
We are able to offer spot welding, manual welding and robotic welding.
MIG & TIG (Stainless Steel) Welding
Tube Bending

Automatic Drilling
.Automatic drilling, offering precision.
Powder Coating
.Utilising our in house advanced powder coating facility, allowing us to powder coat on and offline.
