Its directors, former law enforcement professionals are Mike Dixon who has 30 years of experience with Cambridgeshire Constabulary, Interpol and The Metropolitan Police Service before retiring as a Detective Inspector. Julia Dixon has held senior posts within the Serious and Organised Crime Agency and international law enforcement over a period of 18 years.

Mike holds a variety of qualifications from Domestic Electrical Installation (Part P 17^th edition) to a Master of Arts degree in Policing and Criminal Justice Studies. He is a member of the British Society of Criminology and a Fellow of the Society of Advanced Legal Studies. He has published widely on crime related matters.

Julia holds a Master of Science degree in Translation and Interpretation and a post graduate diploma in Anti-Money Laundering. She has extensive project management experience.
