Simon Cox Marketing Solutions Ltd

Born in 1973, Simon grew up in the West London area before relocating to Northamptonshire in 2005 via a short spell in Leighton Buzzard.

His career started back in 1990 when we started his working life as a Junior Accountant for a Residential Lettings agency near Heathrow Airport and he would spend the next 18 years in management accountancy, leading finance departments and various projects within a variety of sectors including the football, sports and leisure, distribution, manufacturing and security industries.

In 2008, following a redundancy from his latest position as a General Manager of an embroidery business, Simon set up a competitor embroidery and print business where he grew the business from the original idea to become an established business within three years before setting up his own marketing agency in 2014.

Simon has also learned to successfullly network and was a proud member of the Leadership team at the BNI European Conference meeting in 2013 as well as one of the top performing members across the region in 2013. Simon is now the Chairman of the UK Business Network and listed as a Finalist in the 2017 SME Business Awards for Northamptonshire as Entrepreneur of the Year.

Simon has a tremendous passion for business and enjoys helping SME’s to market and promote their brands through social media, branded products and generally being a sounding board for other business owners.

Away from business, Simon is married with four children and enjoys sports and fund raising for charity.
