T-Rax Fabrications has a proven track record of innovative designs, effective problem solving and attention to detail and our goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of every customer. We take on all types of jobs from small domestic work to larger commercial projects and high volume production, all carried out to the highest standards, and at very competitive prices.

Design

Work with our design team whether we sub-contract on your own projects or we work with you to design new products. Using 3D CAD we can simulate, render and do technical drawings. We are currently working with a few companies on their R&D projects, offer the full CAD to manufacture package.

Fabrication

Our steel fabrication capabilities include Welding, Sheet metal folding, Laser cutting sheet and tube. Using our own steel fabricators to manufacture everything in house we provide a great level of expertise in every sector.

Finishing

Our finishing capabilities include powder coating, clear and gold zinc plating, decorative and specialist hard chrome plating.

Delivery

We offer a range of options for delivery including free local delivery or we work very closely with a logistics company that deliver all over the UK. We are based in Hinckley, Leicestershire so we are well positioned in the midlands for delivery all over the UK.
