White Rook Projects specialises in audience development in heritage, museum, archive and arts contexts.  This includes market research, interpretation and design for audience segments and evaluation. A particular specialism is heritage learning across the full range of audience types. White Rook was set up by Robin Clutterbuck in 1997 and has carried out projects in the UK and Europe.
