Materials Testing Machines with powerful and easy to use software for use in research & development and quality control applications. The Tensile Testers are built in Germany to the highest standards at a affordable price, if compared to Instron, Lloyds Instruments, Testometeric and Tinius Olsen without any concession on quality, functionality or accuracy. Smaller Single Column Tensile Testers 3 kN and 5 kN also available. AML pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service from the initial enquiry right through the life of the Tensile Tester. AML's experienced engineers will assist you select the best Tensile Tester and also grips and fixtures for your testing. Most Tensile Testers available to be delivered and installed within 1 week. Typical types of tests performed using a tensile tester include bend, tensile, compression, torque, friction (COF), fatigue and shear. The tensile testers come with a 2 year warranty and are made from aluminium and stainless steel construction with high mechanical stiffness. The standard cross-head speed is 1-700mm, greater ranges are possible. It features microprocessor control for use as standalone instruments or with software via USB. The load cell resolution is better than 1 part in 100,00 and the load cell accuracy of 0.5% exceeds the requirements of BS EN ISO7500-1:2004/ASTM E-4.
