The Abisofix is an all purpose tool designed to remove the enamel insulation from copper wire. The stripping head has 3 tungsten blades and the dpeth of strip can also be controlled. The handpiece is available in several models, the A1 for wire size 0.2 ~ 0.8mmOD, the A3 for wire size 0.6 ~ 2.0mmOD, the A5 for wire size 1.2 ~ 4.5mmOD. Other options also include a stripping head length stop, stripping heads for very small wires or for specialist stripping up close to the component body and a rasp type head for rectangular section. There is also a twisting option offered and a bench mount kit if you do not wish to have the systen as portable. The power supply (PS42) is separate resulting in the handpiece being very light (only 445g).
