Cone & Plate Viscometer
Cone & Plate Viscometer provides high accuracy viscosity measurement of non-newtonian paints and coatings. This Viscometer is specifically designed to provide stringent testing conditions to allow the measurement of these materials as the viscosity changes according to the shear stress that is applied. A precision wear resistant cone rotating at high speed on a temperature controlled plate produces standardised shear rates during measurement. Fully automated operation ensures rapid and accurate positioning of the cone onto the plate each time after the plate temperature has reached its preset value. Results are displayed instantly on screen after test.. Real-time high resolution graphing provides monitoring of changes in viscosity during measurement allowing the identification of changes in flow behaviour. The Cone and Plate Vicometer provides easy clean design- even in the harshest environments both screen and chassis are easy to clean. There is a date/time stamped results output to printer. Novo-Gloss Trio Glossmeter
The Novo-Gloss Trio glossmeter is a fully featured, extremely easy to use instrument measuring the gloss of all flat surfaces. The 60º is the reference angle and it is used to measure any surface from matt to mirror finish. Rhopoint Iq Flex 20 Small Area Gloss Meter
The Rhopoint IQ Flex 20 quantifies surface quality problems such as orange and peel and haze that are invisible to a standard glossmeter and profiles how light is reflected from a surface. Previously only available for measuring flat surfaces, this technology is now available in a new format specifically designed for curved surfaces and small & delicate parts. This incredibly advanced instrument measures. The Rhopoint IQ Flex 20's compact measuring head enables curved surfaces and small areas to be measured easily. Its interchangeable magnetic adaptors allow reduced measurement spot sizes down to 4 or 2mm. It offers bespoke 3d printed adaptor jobs for repeatable sample position or alternatively there are rubber, felt or plastic adaptors that you can specify for delicate surfaces. Temperature/Environmental Chambers For Tensile Testers And Universal Testing Machines -90°C + 350°C
The TH2700 has a self-supported two-fold body frame made of stainless steel 2mm, it is melted, polished and brushed from the outside and the front door contains four glass-platens. It has a heating power of 2.3kW (220 volt) and a temperature range of -90°C- +350°C (please specify range required). Air circulation with a centric blower and there are heating coils between the inner glass platens to remove frosting of the glass., there is also an optional door light and internal light. The up and down hole as a Teflon guide tube outside and V2a inside. We can also insert shells to reduce to a smaller diameter for the Pull rods. There is an external regulator self turning 0.1°C Sika TLK96 (optional omron RS232 or Eurotherm RS485). The TH2700 has a 19" rack with 4m cable and plug and a frame to move chamber in and out of tensile tester. The Chamber has adjustable feet and can be carried by the bearings so it can be moved 611mm away. The heat up speed is 15°C/Minuitte (from 20-80°C without grip). The cooling requires liquid nitrogen, which is controlled by a magnetic valve at the rear of the chamber. Wedge Grips 20Kn And 50Kn Th243
The TH243-20 and TH243-50 are multi purpose, self-tightening grips suitable for metal or plastic specimens (with medium strength) etc. They are easy to use and the grips feature a lever arm for quick loads and releasing of the samples. The wedge-shaped design of the jaws causes the clamping force to increase as tension is applied during the test. The Th243-20 has a tensile force of 20kN and a temperature range of 0°C- +130°C (TH243-20) and 70°C- +280°C (TH243-20-Ni and TH234 20+TK option). The body is steel and phosphate coated (TH243-20) or steel and nickel plated (TH243-20-Ni). Each grip weighs 3.8kg without jaws.
