A 14 pin DIL, HCMOS/TTL oscillator with rugged construction providing a high reliability and well-proven oscillator design. Y1600 series XOs are packaged in the industry-standard 14 pin DIL package. The oscillator exhibits low phase noise. -150dBc/Hz at 1kHz offset.
