Convection Ovens
Convection ovens rely on a fan to circulate air around the food that is cooking and ensure that the air inside the oven does not have temperate differences. The fab is usually beside the heat source at the top or bottom (or both sides) of the oven. This allows food to be cooked more evening, quicker than conventional ovens and at a lower temperature. Convection ovens are also known as fan ovens or fan-assisted ovens. Convection ovens are vital in commercial catering, where speedy and precise cooking is required. They are commonly found in restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and hotels however, they are also a common component of the common domestic kitchen.
