Lithium Polymer Batteries
A Lithium Polymer battery is a rechargeable battery in a pouch format which makes them flexible and light weight. The main benefit of lithium polymer batteries is their long life, which allows for minimum battery replacement. Types of lithium polymer batteries include Lithium 9 volt, AA, and AAA size. Lithium polymer batteries are used in radio controlled equipment, personal electronics, electric vehicles, Nerf modelling and Airsoft applications. Lithium batteries can also be utilised instead of ordinary alkaline cells in a wide range of devices, like clocks and cameras. Lithium polymer batteries are also commonly used in medical applications (such as implantable defibrillators) drug infusion systems and neurostimulators.
