Torque Limiters

Our ‘Morse Torque Limiters’ are a protective system which limits the amount of torque forces which are transmitted in a drive system. They do so by slipping when the amount of torque in the system exceeds a preset amount, this could happen when a machine is going to jam or has overloaded. The limiter will then re-engage the system when the torque overload has passed.
