MB62T TCXOs are able to be produced with short delivery timescales, solving many leadtime and 'time to market' issues. This 6 pad SMD part, fitted with a mechanical trimmer, has a well-specified temperature stability and has HCMOS square wave output. Frequency range from 1.0MHz to 200.0MHz. The part may be specified as a standard TCXO or as a voltage-controlled TCXO (VCTCXO) The supply voltage may be specified as 2.8, 3.0 or 3.3 Volts. The part is fully RoHS compliant.
