Vices

Vices are used in several machine tools for securing and holding a workpiece and as such play an essential role in woodworking, metalmaking, drilling machines, grinding machines, milling machines, and many other industrial machines. Vices have two parallel jaws for holding workpiece, one of the jaws is fixed and the other is moveable. The moveable jaw is threaded in and out by a screw and lever.
