Thermal Binders

Thermal binding is the best process for binding documents if you don’t want to punch holes in them which are required in coil binding and comb binding. Thermal binders are used in offices and binding houses across the world. Thermal binders use thermal covers of standard paper sizes which come with a glue channel down the spine. Thermal binders use their heat to bind papers placed within a thermal paper as the heat from a thermal binder activates the glue channel across the spine. Once the paper cools down it is perfectly adhered to the spine. Modern thermal binders mostly use electric power for generating the heat required for binding, have a capacity of 200-400 sheets of A4 or A5 size paper and a short fixed cycle time of 20-60 seconds which allows one to finish the binding process in a short amount of time.
