A legal consultant also known as a legal advisor is a professional who assists with providing legal guidance to organisations or individuals. They are responsible for ensuring that the business is abiding by-laws and may assist with things such as contracts, legal documents, resolving disputes. Other common fields they work in include business law, real estate, foreign affairs and financial law.
