GE..HW-A

Description:

• Maintenance-free radial spherical plain bearing (Steel/PTFE-Foil) with outer ring fractured for mounting inner ring

TDA Tandem Piston Seal

HUNGER TDA tandem seal is used to seal pistons, plungers and piston accumulators. It can be used with mineral oils and in modified form with water based fluids and synthetic fire resistant fluids.

The TDA seal consists of 2 parts, an inner elastic ring in PUR with a sealing lip on the outer edge and an external slide ring of abrasion resistant PTFE-Bronze compound with a secondary sealing edge.

Pre-tension is generated during installation into the groove thereby providing an effective sealing at zero pressure. The onset of pressure increases the sealing effect but as the main contact area with the cylinder bore is the PTFE-Bronze slide ring with excellent low friction properties, stick slip free movement under all conditions is guaranteed.

TDI Tandem Rod Seal

HUNGER TDI tandem is a piston rod seal. It can be used with mineral oils and in modified form with water based fluids and synthetic fire resistant fluids.

The TDI seal consists of 2 parts, an outer elastic ring in PUR with a sealing lip on the inner edge and an internal slide ring of abrasion resistant PTFE-Bronze compound with a secondary sealing edge.

Ultraplate Coating

Ultraplate® coating was especially developed by HUNGER for the offshore industry to withstand the extremely corrosive saltwater environment.

This coating will fully protect carbon steel piston rods working in submerged saltwater conditions or in the splash zone. Additional advantages of Ultraplate® are an extremely high adhesion to the rod material, excellent wear properties with the possibility to repair partial damage of the coating locally.

V-Packing Seals

HUNGER V-packings are an extension to the DFE product range for sealing piston rods and pistons used for both outside and inside sealing.

V-packing elements in fibre reinforced NBR and pure NBR combined with pressure and support rings in POM or PA for good stability.

Any width catered for by varying number of V-packings and adjusting length of pressure and support rings.

WGB Plain Bush

The GBX bush has a strong steel outer body with internal cast-in composite duroplastic/PTFE bearing layer ensuring excellent dry running properties.

• Dimensions from 20mm to 250 mm internal diameter
• Maximum sliding speed v=2m/s
• Outer body also available in stainless steel or steel with corrosion-resistant protective layer
• Fine pores in the internal bearing layer filled with lithium-based grease at assembly to provide high abrasion-resistance at very low friction for stick-slip free operation
• Good shock resistance - long life at high operational loads
• PUR wipers to prevent ingress of dust and other contamination to the bearing surface
