We also have a 5 Axis machine for jobs that are highly complex. Constantly investing into our development, we have recently acquired a big Dugard 3 Axis machine to build upon our CNC Milling roster. Owners of a 3 Axis OMAX Maxiem Waterjet Cutter, we can water cut almost any material with very high precision. The advantages we gain from water cutting are that it allows less material wastage than machining and that the properties of the material are not affected, as it is a cold-cutting process.
