Being one of the largest precision surface grinding facilities in South Wales we are able to grind a variety of materials cylindrically, both externally and internally to required dimensions (microns). Our large surface grinder can grind plates as large as 3000mm x 1300mm and will hold tolerances of 0.05mm flat and 0.0125mm parallel.

Being proud owners of a 3 Axis OMAX Maxiem Waterjet Cutter, we can water cut almost any material with very high precision. The advantages we gain from water cutting are that it allows less material wastage than machining and that the properties of the material are not affected, as it is a cold-cutting process.

With our 3-axis CNC Abrasive Water Cutting Machine, we can water cut profiles for our customers. Profiling could be very useful as it could help in reducing CNC milling lead times as they can then be finish machined or to even help reduce material costs.
