The Internal Casings from Jtech Services are manufactured to the highest standards, using preformed plywood, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, or GRG depending on the application.

A range of finishes are available for the Internal Casings, from paint grade ply to high pressure laminates or quality wood veneers. Steel and aluminium casings can be powder coated to customers' requirements. But for something truely unique we can also provide real sandstone veneers so that you can have a real stone circular column casing without the normal handling issues related to stone products

The Internal Column Casings from Jtech Services are the ideal way of encasing structural steelwork and services or creating ducting voids between floors.

Available in a range of materials, and thus able to suit practically any application, the internal column casings can be supplied either pre-finished to suit the interior design or ready to be finished on site at a later date. Some clients like to have a combination of materials, such as stainless steel and laminated or veneered ply depending upon the style they are trying to create.

For special applications like swimming pools Jtech Services can offer powder coated aluminium internal column casings that can cope with these harsher environments.

The LST (Low Surface Temperature) Radiator Guards from Jtech Services have been designed with a secure but easily removable front panel. This ensures trouble free, authorised access for the cleaning and maintenance of the heat emitter.

As safety is important in all special care environments, such as schools & pre school, hospitals and nursing homes, our radiator guards and other low surface temperature products are designed to allow maximum heat output, but are still cool enough to the touch to prevent skin burns.

For added safety we can supply guards with anti-ligature vents and all guards are secured with a secret fixing arrangement. Additional lockable access panels can be provided if required.

All of the LST Radiator Guards from Jtech Services are manufactured to suit your application and so can arrive on site ready to install straight away.

As well as being used for column casings, pre formed plywood is often used for perimeter casings, bulkheads and window sill details

Pipe Boxing from Jtech Services is available in either pre-formed plywood which has a radiused corner or steel or aluminium. All of these options come pre-finished and ready to install.

If the heat from the pipework is required then either option of pipe boxing can be vented.

The Pre-Formed Plywood Profiles from Jtech Services take the standard angle, channel and semi circle offer to another level by offering plywood shapes and profiles to suit practically any shape that is required.

Either the inner or outer face, or both, can be finished in a wide range of veneers, laminates or even real sandstone.

As different applications require different strengths of plywood, the Pre-Formed Plywood Profiles can be supplied in a wide range of thicknesses.

The main advantage of using pre-formed plywood is that as the profile is shaped during the plywood manufacture it wants to stay in it's shape and so is a very stable material to work with. Whereas, trying to soak and bend a flat sheet into a shape which thereafter tries to go back to its flat state will be under tension and stress all the time, and so needs extra securing.

The Sheltered Walkways available from the Jtech Services Street Scene site are a simple way but effective way to link one premises to another, providing an Ideal way to protect pedestrians from the elements as they pass from one building to another!

To create the desired length of walkway use the basic unit and then add on any number of additional segments until the desired length is achieved, what could be simpler!

Manufactured from a robust 80mm x 80mm square section mounted on base plates complete with a curved roof that incorporates rainwater guttering, the whole system can be supplied in a range of colours to suit the area design.

Side panels are also available should that be required.

An installation service is available for all the sheltered walkway units, including the laying of any site foundations if that is required.
