ST706-350-LB Telescopic Screw Jack Opener Brass
The ST706-350 large bracket telescopic screw jack window opener made from brass for use on conservatory vents and skylights. It's made with a twin thread mechanism for extra strength and robustness and is simple to install using a set of large brackets. Once you've got the opener set up it allows you to open and close your vent to allow natural ventilation through your building.
The brass version of the screw jack opener has a smart, traditional appearance. And with the ST706-350 there is a maximum distance of travel of 310mm. And the screw jack acts as a holding lock when you open the window so it can't be forced from outside.

ST707-350-SB Handle Style Telescopic Screw Jack - Long
The ST707-350-SB is a long telescopic screw jack window opener with a maximum distance of travel of 315mm. That should allow for plenty of throughflow of air in your building. The handle style of the screw jack opener makes it perfect for use on windows or vents that are within easy reach - the handle just has to be turned to open and close your window.

TSJ183600 Sill Mounted Screw Jack White
The TSJ183600 is a traditional manually operated screw jack window opener. It works best when used on roof vents and skylights that are out of reach and need to be opened and closed for natural ventilation. The screw jack is mounted onto the sill of the skylight or window and can be connected up to a manual handle operator at ground level.
You'll need to use a length of conduit to connect the opener and the handle below. At Rocburn we recommend using the T200 or the T210 handle operators with the TSJ183600. And we can supply you with the conduit cable to get everything set up and working as it should for you.
