Favoured on flat roof vents are linear style actuators such as the Aprimatic ST450 or UCS Max Actuator which are nearly silent and have a higher IP rating usually to protect from rain, dust and impact. Kato 253 230v White 110/230v Opener
The Kato 253 is a lightweight, smart window opener that takes up little room on your window and lets you control the opening and closing of your window automatically. And it's chain actuated and here at Rocburn we offer it in white, black or grey colours. The opener is simple to install and we also provide you with all the fixtures, fittings and brackets you'll need to put it in place.
The 253 opener runs on 230v current and can be integrated with other actuators as part of a remote control system. It's a good option if you have windows in hard to reach places of your home and need to be able to open and close them on a regular basis.

Kato 305 230v White 500mm Actuator
The Kato 305 230v window actuator makes your life so much easier if you have skylights and high windows that need to be opened and closed to maintain a flow of fresh air within your home or premises. It offers 500mm of opening and can be installed easily on top hung, side hung or roof vent window types.
At Rocburn we'll supply you with the actuator along with the brackets you need to attach the opener to your window frame. Available in white, black and grey, the Kato 305 can also be synchronised with other actuators in your property and provided with a remote controls that allow you to operate up to 30 separate windows individually.

KS30/40 Electric Window Opener Black
The KS30/40 is easy to use, easy to install and highly secure once you've got it in place on your window. It allows you to open and close your window automatically - especially useful if you have skylights or high level windows that are out of reach. At Rocburn we can provide you with the KS30/40 in black or white along with the brackets and fittings to make the attachment.
There's a soft close feature built in to the opener, so your window seals are always protected and not worn. And the opener has 1000N of locking force, so the security of your closed window can't be compromised by intruders. And we can add radio remote controls or a synchroniser so that you ca control multiple window openers within your home from the same controller.
