Chrome Small Plunger End Bracket
At Rocburn we specialise in offering you window openers to provide natural ventilation inside your home or commercial site. Chrome Spare Large 3 Hole Mounting Bracket
The large chrome 3 Hole Mounting Bracket is a cost-effective, long-lasting method for securing your screw jack window opener in place. You just have to secure the bracket to your window frame or ledge through the 3 screw holes and attach the screw jack opener. At Rocburn we provide you with a set of brackets with your screw jack and can keep you stocked up with spare ones too.

EN12101-2 Tested Access Hatch Clear AOV
An access hatch allows people to leave your building in the event of a fire and functions as an automatic opening vent (AOV) that clears smoke from the building. Here at Rocburn we offer clear access hatches that have been fully tested in accordance with the quality checks laid out in the BS EN12101-2 regulations on smoke and heat control systems.
The access hatch can be controlled by thermofuse or electrical control box and fitted into any form of existing support structure such as concrete, wood or steel. Extra elements such as an opening griddle and aluminium cover can also be included.

EN12101-2 Tested Access Hatch Opal AOV
An access hatch on the top of your building is an important fire safety feature. At Rocburn we offer opal automatic opening vents (AOV) that can be controlled via a thermofuse or electrical control box in an emergency. The hatch can be built into any type of existing support, whether it's concrete, steel or wood, with the option of an extra aluminium cover over the top.
A cross bar and opening griddle can be added too to aid access via the roof. The hatch is highly resistant to high and low temperatures and is fully tested according to the rigorous quality checks of BS EN12101-2 that regulate smoke and heat control systems.
