What is CIP?

CIP or in its full form, Cleaning In Place, is defined as Equipment and techniques to allow cleaning of process equipment without dismantling or manual cleaning with minimal operator involvement.

  1. Level 1000

    Level 1000
    The Level 1000 Automation system is the base level automation system, which provides a robust and reliable simple hard coded automatic operation. Incorporating a low level PLC controller, the Level 1000 Automation system is designed with the facilities required to provide a repeatable automatic cycle but without the necessity for detailed operator interfaces.
  2. Level 1600

    Level 1600
    The Level 1600 Automation system is an extension of the Level 1000, the base level automation system, which incorporates a larger PLC allowing additional I/O, operations and/or recipes and a door mounted text display for parameter setting and alarm notification. It provides a robust and reliable automatic operation. Incorporating a mid level PLC controller, the Level 1600 Automation system is designed with the facilities required to provide a number of repeatable automatic cycles with a versatile text display for operator interface.

    The Level 2000 Automation system provides a full colour HMI operator interface providing the facilities to control the system, view the operation, preset all of the parameters and carry out maintenance and diagnostics. It provides a robust and reliable automatic operation. Incorporating a mid level PLC controller, the Level 2000 Automation system is designed with the facilities required to provide up to 25 repeatable automatic cycle with a versatile colour graphical HMI for operator interface.

    Level 3000
    The Level 3000 Automation system provides a high resolution full colour HMI operator interface providing the facilities to control the system, view the operation, preset all of the parameters and carry out maintenance and diagnostics. It provides a robust and reliable automatic operation. Incorporating a high level PLC controller, the Level 3000 Automation system is designed with the facilities required to provide up to 100 repeatable automatic cycles with a versatile colour graphical HMI for operator interface.

    The Level 4000 Automation system provides an industrial Personal Computer (PC) running an industry standard Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) package. Providing all of the facilities of the Level 3000 system, the PC provides a high resolution full colour touch screen interface, allowing the control and visualisation of operation, the configuration, the settings of the parameters and maintenance and diagnostics. It provides a robust and reliable automatic operation. Incorporating a high level PLC controller, the Level 4000 Automation system is designed with the facilities required to provide up to 200 repeatable automatic cycles using the PC for operator interface.

    Suncombe LiquiVessel™ Liquid Storage and transport Containers are a range of fully sanitary liquid containers available in 316 Stainless steel, duplex or Hastelloy materials, developed for the specific requirements of the biopharmaceutical, personal care, healthcare, food science and beverage sectors. With standard vessel internals they are available with different external layouts. Available in capacities from 10 to 500 litres, with the option of custom design and manufacture for your particular requirement, they are manufactured to ASME BPE or food quality (sanitary), EHEDG and other relevant guidelines and are designed for longevity, robustness and economy. The LiquiVessel™s are available for movement on trucks or with castors and are stackable. Processing equipment can be added to the LiquiVessel™s.

    MicroEDS™ Biowaste Treatment System

    The MicroEDS™ is a low-volume biowaste decontamination system for treating BSL 1, 2 & 3 waste using an innovative batch process allowing positive release of all of your waste. A buffer vessel is used to provide a centralised collection facility and a set volume batch heat treatment facility is used, to treat the effluent in batches at variable temperature, time and f0 lethality settings.

    Specifically developed to fit into new facilities or to be retrofitted into existing facilities. Designed to operate from a single 13 amp 230 Vac plug (150 and 300 versions), the MicroEDS ™ uses established electrical heating technology.
