We are the exclusive UK agent for the Meisei Corporation Hotweezer thermal wire stripper range. The handpiece is shaped like a pair of cut off tweezers and weighs less than 2ounces. Suitable for insulations including PTFE, Teflon and Silicone Rubber, the tempearte can be adjusted via the power supply from 300°F to 1450°F, stripping causes no burn marks. Availabe in standard or ESD range in 3 different sizes of handpiece - the Model 4A for wire size 36 ~ 24 AWG, Model 4B for wire size 28 ~ 18 AWG and Model 4C which has no holes and flat blades. There is also a knife available - Model 2A which can also be used for microscopic and delicate work. The unique feature of the Hotweezer is that the heater filaments are completely sealed in the stripping head which is manufactured from a high temperature alloy with very good oxidation and wear properties.
