Wire Spooler & Winder

The Model 318 is a spooler/winder intended for use will small cable reels and will either freely dispense cable or an empty drum can be fitted to it and cable wound on using the handle. The drum is held firmly in place by cones and a quick release locking mechanism. Maximum cable drum width is 250mm.
