You'll need to run conduit between your ground level operator handle and your window opener up above to connect the two. But make sure you plan out the route the conduit will take and avoid any unnecessary bends. When bends do need to be made in the conduit length do so before you cut the conduit to size and use a specially designed bend forming tool.
The tool allows you to bend the conduit to the correct radius and it prevents over-bending and damage to the cable. The maximum radius is 90mm for the conduit for it to be able to move freely and operate your window opener.
