Vaplas have a range of plastic materials available for use in engineering applications. We can form bearings, tanks, pipework, and components using CNC and 4-axis machining and advanced design software. We have sheets, rods tubing and blocks of plastic materials including PVC, Perspex, Polypropylene, and Acetal amongst many other plastic types available for use.
You can give our engineering team details of what you require and we will provide advice and assistance on the most appropriate plastics to use. We have materials available specifically for high temperature applications and for additional resistance to acidic materials. As a company we hold the ISO 9001:2008 quality accreditation for the machining of plastic materials.
