A mincer is used to mince meat, fish and vegetables through a very fine chopping action. They are available electrically or manually and can turn raw beef, lamb or pork into fine, tender mince to create dishes like lasagne, bolognaise, hamburgers and shepherd’s pie. Mincers can also prepare sausage filling, ready to be stuffed to create sausages.
