The system can be designed to work as security areas & factory dividing walls where people require alternative access.
The panels sit directly into a floor channel, the floor channel is secured to the floor before you can erect the partitioning, the panels are slotted in the floor channel, a header channel is also fitted to give the systems extra support and strength. The system is quick and easy to construct and comes standard with high performance single, double doors and hospital type door sets. Doors can be supplied with single or double glazed vision panels or flush i.e. no vision panel.
Panels are constructed steel sheets with a 50mm high density Rockwool slab infill. Panels are connected to each other by means of an internal section making the installation very quick and simple. The internal panel connection offers additional rigidity and a wire way facility. The panels are supplied as either all solid with no windows, single glazed, double glazed and also with flush double glazing on the inside and out.
