Animal Cages, Crates and Shelters

Animal cages, crates and shelters provide housing and bedding for animals in farms, zoos, homes and other environments housing animals. They work by offering a sanctuary for small animals and a bed for larger animals. Cages are often used to house small indoor animals (including hamsters, rabbits and birds), while crates are commonly used for dogs, particularly during the puppy training stage. Animals that sleep in a shelter include those which reside outdoors, one example being a dog kennel.
