CMM Fixtures

A coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is a tool that measures the geometrical characteristics of any object. A CMM can be manually controlled by an operator or it may be computer controlled. Measurements are defined by a probe attached to the third moving axis of this machine. CMM machines can often be modified due to the nature of the function they serve, and modification can be done with CMM fixtures. CMM fixtures provide spare parts for CMM machines or new parts that can be added on to better fulfil tasks. CMM fixtures include clamping kits and base components. CMM fixtures and CMM machines are widely used by those in the field of aerospace, automotive, electronics, industrial or medical applications.
