Sawing Machines

Modern sawing machines were developed from handheld saws which have been used since antiquity for cutting wood. Sawing machines are based on the same principle which is used in a handheld saw and often use a blade or circular cutter for cutting various types of material. Earlier sawing machines were mostly based on mechanical power, but modern sawing machines come in a large variety and use several power sources. Circular saw, table saw, chainsaw, rotary saw, electric miter saw, concrete saw, abrasive saw, band saw, are the few types of sawing machines used in several industries. Saws are normally used for cutting hard materials and use brass, iron, zinc, copper, steel or diamond based blades.
