Automatic Clutches

An automatic clutch performs the same function as a manual clutch but does it differently. In an automatic clutch, the engine and transmission meet at the bell housing which contains a torque convertor for automatic vehicles instead of a clutch for manual transmission. Automatic clutches are often called automatic transmission and common types include E-CVT, dual clutch transmissions, and automatic transmissions modes.
