Dental Equipment

Dental equipment includes instruments used by dental professionals to provide oral healthcare to patients. These tools have a large variety of uses such as: examination of oral hygiene, manipulation of oral tissue, treatment of dental issues and teeth removal. Typical instruments include: mirrors to view sections of the mouth which would otherwise be impossible to see, probes such as a dental explorer which is used to enhance tactile sensation, retractors such as mouth props which help keep the patients mouth open and dental drills which are used for various procedures such as decay removal and fillings.
