Vital Signs Monitors

Vital signs monitors are medical machines used to measure the body’s vital signs. The most common vital signs are heart rate (pulse), blood pressure, body temperature and breathing rate. Heart rate can be measured manually or via stethoscope, body temperature is gauged via a thermometer, blood pressure can be determined via a blood pressure machine, and breathing rate is measured with a spirometer. Vital signs monitors are used in medical applications to assess the well-being of patients by measuring vital signs. They are commonly used in doctors’ surgeries, clinics and hospitals.
