Dividers & Indices

Dividers and Indices are essential for managing a file as without clear division of documents within a file it can be quite difficult to locate a document on short notice. Dividers and indices make the task of archiving documents within a file easier and are used in most of the offices in one form or another. Most file dividers come in 5 or 10 parts with colour coded tabs and are made of a specially coated material such as polypropylene or Mylar to ensure the long life of a divider. In conformity with the paper sizes, most dividers and indices are designed for A4 size but other sizes such as A3 or A5 are also easily available.
