They come in all sizes from A6 to A4 and provide the best possible way for storing important office documents. Most ring binders are made up of a heavy-duty board covered with plastic which provides a pleasant, long-lasting finish. Ring binders with 40-45 mm spine width are most widely used as they are suitable for needs of most small and mid-sized offices. Most modern two ring or 4 ring binders can hold anywhere from 50 to 200+ sheets of paper although it’s not uncommon to come across ring binders with the capacity to hold 400 or 500 A4 sheets.
