Product Design

Product design involves designing a product that goes from business to customer. Product design does not usually encompass industrial design, which is more related to the concept but instead concerns itself with design engineering. Every product design process has three processes – analysis, concept, synthesis. In analysis, designers gauge the situation and beginning research. In concept, designers make a definition of what the product will be and what constraints it will be subject to. While, synthesis is the process of ideation and then evaluation. Product design is evident in most homes around the world, including in automobiles, furniture, domestic appliances and housewares.
