Intricate Foam Gaskets
11 October 2018In recent years intricate foam gaskets have grown in popularity, especially due to the rise in 3D glasses for 3D film and TV, which enhances the illusion of depth perception and creates the effect of a 3-Dimensional space. Most 3D films use stereoscopic photography which overlays two images from different perspectives and 3D glasses work to limit the image that the wearer sees through either lens.
As the wearer requires a clear view through both lenses, foam gaskets are used to maintain a clean environment around the eyes by reducing dust and debris from collecting, so that vision isn’t impaired and the risk of any infection is minimised.
