We have undetaken numerous market research projects in the third sector. We carry out research for charity and voluntary organisations of many different sizes, from Cancer Research UK, CLIC Sargent, The British Council and Macmillan, to the Booktrust, Carers Federation, British Red Cross and the RSPB. Our knowledge of this sector is broad and we have a real understanding for the necessary considerations which may be involved when researching this area. Our interviews are trained to deal with emotionally difficult subjects and emotional or vulnerable respondents - such as those with an illness, or suffering from substance or alcohol abuse for instance.
