Printer and Copier paper is one of the most widely consumed item in any office and even small offices may use thousands of paper sheets in a month. Most printers use white A4 size paper, although it’s not uncommon to come across coloured paper or paper of sizes smaller or larger than A4. Mainly three important properties namely whiteness, brightness and shade decide the quality and price of printer and copier paper as these vary widely among the printer paper. Almost all printer manufacturers such as HP, Xerox or canon have their own branded paper which is widely used across all offices in addition to paper manufactured by other plain paper manufacturers.
