Haven Conveyors & Handling Systems Ltd have been designing and manufacturing new materials handling products for many years. We have expansive experience of designing roller conveyors and systems that are cost efficient and simple to use.
Our gravity conveyors function without a motor and can transport products manually when horizontal, or by its own weight when the conveyor is on an incline. We can produce gravity conveyors in any length or width to match your needs. They can be used for conveying parcels, boxes, pallets, boards and many more.
Our gravity conveyors also include skatewheel conveyors that are idea for unloading trucks, extendable conveyors that can unload in straight lines only and ball tables or ball transfer units used to turn products 360 degrees.

Electro Hydraulic Lift
Lift tables are used for height changes to working processes. These heavy duty electrically controlled hydraulic units can be fitted wtih either gravity or powered roller tops. -
Extendable Conveyors - Rigid
Used for vehicle and container unloading and for temporary or mobile situations. These rigid conveyors are for straight line use only. They are usually horizontal or declined and they are supplied in roller or skatewheel form -
Extendable Flexiveyor
Used for vehicle or container unloading or loading and in temporary or mobile situations. Flexible conveyors can be used either straight, curved or a combination of both. Extendable conveyors can be made in either skatewheel or roller form depending on your needs. -
Extendable Vehicle Loaders
Used for vehicle and container unloading and for temporary or mobile situations. -
Flat Belt Conveyors
These can be used for any type of product. Boxes, sacks, tote pans, steel components, plastic components and bulk items. Can be used for packing or assembly of items. Generally PVC or rubber belts running on steel slider beds or roller beds. Drives can be at discharge end or underslung at any point along the conveyor. -

We stock a wide range of geared motor units, variable speed control units and other associated equipment. -
Gravity Roller Bends
Gravity roller bends come as standard 90 degrees as shown but we can accomodate any degree required for your conveyor system. -
Gravity Roller Conveyors
An economical way to transport products without the need of a motor. The conveyor rollers transport the products when horizontal or by its own weight when the conveyor is on an incline. -
Gravity roller gates
Usually used for pedestrian or forklift truck access. Gravity gates can be counter balanced, spring loaded, fitted with gas struts or pneumatically operated. Gates are usually supplied in roller or skatewheel form. -
Gravity Rollers
Basically a tube with a ball race bearing pressed into each end and mounted on stub shafts or steel spindles. We can supply mild steel rollers, plain or plated rollers, stainless steel or plastic rollers. Diameters from 25mm to 100mm, loads per roller can vfary from 10kg to 1100kg
