Die Cut Washers
Die cut washers and foam washers come both with and without adhesive backing. We can create small, medium and larger batches of die cut foam washers custom designed and CNC machined to your specific requirements. Using CNC design and production technologies, we can quickly engineer and machine your die cut washers. Die cut washers can be produced from sheet materials and die cut using our in-house machinery. Die cut washers and gaskets can be cut very close together using CNC techniques such as die cutting as well as water jet cutting. Die Ejection Rubber
There are four main types of die ejection rubber; open-cell ejectors, closed-cell ejectors, vulcan ejectors and profile ejectors. The performance of die ejection rubber is based on three different aspects, your rubber selection, rubber location and ejection balancing. There are two hardnesses of die ejection rubber which can be used to replace the full spectrum of sponge rubbers available on the market. They are lightweight and provide less resistance when cutting. As such, lower cutting pressures are required when these rubbers are precision cut to your required dimensions. Double Sided Acrylic Foam Tapes
