  4. Chip Foam

    Chip Foam
We're working alongside our manufacturing partners and customers for a better tomorrow when it comes to foam production and recycling.

As so many plastic products end up in landfills, we're producing more and more foam products that are redeveloped using recycled foam materials. That means the foam is reused multiple times throughout its life cycle to fully benefit its protective properties.

Cost-effective, sustainable and with a high resistance to wear and tear, our durable recycled and reconstituted foams are made to last, making Zouch a 'one stop' source for environmentally friendly products and therefore supporting a reduced carbon footprint.

They can be cut to size and are available in a range of different densities and colours, offering various options to businesses seeking more sustainable opportunities for their projects.

  6. Chloroprene Rubber

    Chloroprene Rubber
Chloroprene rubber gaskets are commercially known as neoprene rubber gaskets. They are a neoprene mechanical seal which is used to prevent and inhibit leaks between substrate sections. Sometimes known as CR gaskets, neoprene rubber gaskets are often used in outdoor and marine settings as they are highly resistant to weathering and ozone factors. The neoprene or chloroprene rubber gasket material makes them suitable for use in areas such as fridges. However they are not usable in applications where ketone and/ or phosphate ester fluids are present. To find out more about chloroprene rubber gaskets, their benefits and uses, talk to Zouch Converters today.

  8. Clear Bonding Tape

    Clear Bonding Tape
Our glass clear bonding tape is a popular type of clear bonding tape which is used in a variety of applications. Clear acrylic bonding tape is a type of colourless tape which makes them ideal for bonding transparent materials or for applications in which a coloured bond line is unacceptable. Clear bonding tape products are differentiated by thickness and they can be cut to order in bespoke sizes and dimensions. Standard products come in thickness of around 6mm but can come in a variety of different roll sizes. They must be used on a clean, clear and dry surface and for critical applications they should be kept extremely clean and clear. It is a versatile material which is resistant to environmental factors such as ozone, UV and weathering. The closed-cell structure of EPDM means it is impermeable to gas (such as the air) and liquids. It can provide a waterproof seal around structures. EPDM sponge rubber also provides thermal durability and electrical resistance. At Zouch Converters we supply and provide a wide range of parts from EPDM sponge rubber such as EPDM strip through to EPDM rubber gaskets. Sponge rubber can be supplied as sheets as well as being cut to strips. Closed cell rubber can range in thickness from 1mm - 40mm. It is also possible to laminate rubber sheets together. For more information on the great uses of closed cell EPDM sponge rubber, contact Zouch Converters today.
  10. Closed Cell Foam

    Closed Cell Foam
Closed cell foam, also known as polyethylene foam is a common closed cell foam of rubber material. It is a very strong and resilient type of rubber and chemically cross linked foam. Closed cell foam is a rigid type of foam and is well suited to a variety of industrial and commercial applications. It can be used in diverse applications such as buoyancy aids, shock absorbing, thermal insulation, packing, kneeling pads and acoustic sound proofing applications. The properties of closed cell foam includes: - Resilience to chemicals and grease. - Imperviousness to environmental factors such as mildew, rot and bacteria. - Lightweight, flexible and durable. - Operating thermal resistance between -60c and 90c.
